Margo A. Boster
CEO and Principal Consultant
Margo Boster specializes in providing highly effective leadership and management development that includes coaching, assessments and organizational support.
Margo has a long history of building organizations and helping people within those organizations achieve goals they believed were beyond their reach. With more than 30 years of professional experience in senior leadership, she combines proven, real world experience with the education and training to help her clients thrive.
Margo has a BS in Psychology with emphasis in organizational development, has completed graduate level course work in Public Policy and Administration, and completed the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching program.
She is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialed coach, a CCE Board Certified Executive Coach, PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and HIMSS Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMSS). Her diverse experience includes leadership positions in both large private sector companies and the Federal Government. Prior to co-founding ImpaQ Solutions, Margo founded and grew a consulting company that provided information technology consulting and organizational and change management consulting and training.
Margo enjoys riding on the Harley-Davidson with Mark, and practicing and teaching yoga.
Mark Boster, Ph.D.
President and Principal Consultant
Dr. Mark Boster is an industry leader in both Federal Government and private sector. He takes small or under-performing organizations and leads them to heights they never thought possible. He brings more than 30 years of management experience including 20 years of IT management at all levels of the Federal Government and private sector. Dr. Boster is a demonstrated leader in building businesses and growing partnerships to accomplish mutual goals and exceed customer’s expectations.
Prior to co-founding ImpaQ Solutions, Mark held senior executive positions at SAIC, ICF International, and Platinum Solutions. A senior executive fellow at Harvard University, Dr. Boster finished his 21 year Government career with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) as the Deputy Assistant Attorney General for Information Resources Management. He currently serves on Boards of Advisors for a number of companies. He is a member of the Information Technology Infrastructure Committee of the NASA Advisory Council.
Mark hails from Ohio and holds a B.S. in Hydrology with a Computer Science emphasis from The Ohio State University, and an M.S. and Ph. D. in Water Resources Administration and Economics from the University of Arizona. He is a Harley-Davidson motorcycle enthusiast, a chef wannabe, and enjoys sailing.
