Margo was hired as an Executive coach for myself and several of my peers at Washington Consulting, Inc. Margo has an uncanny ability to analyze complex organizational dynamics and distill the two or three key critical success factors necessary to bring about meaningful and sustained improvements. Not only that, she does it with impeccable interpersonal skills that makes the process fun. I often ask myself, "now why didn't I think of that?," but time and time again, I don't and Margo does.

Margo was brought in to facilitate a Management go-away where we were trying to identify how we could align our deliverables with the Center’s Strategic Priorities. Margo quickly got our management team focused on defining where we were and how we got to this point. With Margo’s ardent leadership knowledge, skills and insight, we then were able to turn our attention to identifying where we needed to be in the next 6 months, 12 months and 3 years. Through Margo’s guidance, we quickly identified various factors that were preventing us from moving forward along with identifying ways to enhance or current processes and/or procedures.
