Helping leaders, teams, and organizations transform.

What makes ImpaQ coaching and facilitation different from other options? We have been there – in the trenches, responsible for delivery, having our feet to the fire.

Helping leaders and organizations transform is not theoretical to us – in addition to having received world-class training, we bring the experience to help you through your journey.

ImpaQ Solutions helps companies, organizations, and people be more successful and exceed goals they previously thought unattainable, with greater clarity and authenticity. ImpaQ was founded in 2010 by Margo Boster and Dr. Mark Boster, who combine more than 60 years of senior level experience, including both private and public sector, to bring an unmatched record of success to their clients.

From 2010, ImpaQ provided a range of services including executive/leadership coaching, strategic advising, team facilitation, consulting and coaching, and organizational effectiveness. In 2019, co-founder Mark retired, and Margo began focusing on the areas she believed were the heart of transformational change – executive, leadership and team coaching.

CEO & PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT

Born with an abundance of curiosity, Margo has always been a question-asker yet never assumed there was a single answer. She began her career in information technology quite by accident – she was looking for an interesting job with good earning potential. Her diverse professional experience includes more than 25 years senior leadership in information technology (IT), telecommunications, and health IT both in the private sector and Federal Government. Prior to co-founding ImpaQ Solutions in 2010, she founded and grew a consulting company that provided information technology consulting, and organizational and change management consulting and training.

Although she had worked in the technology field for years, it was the people aspect that always intrigued her and where she felt she had the greatest impact. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology with emphasis in organizational development from the University of Maryland. After practicing yoga for 10 years and approaching her 50s, she decided to deepen her understanding and practice of yoga and completed a yearlong Yoga Teacher Training.

Following her insatiable curiosity and desire to expand her understanding, in 2009 – 2010 she completed the world-class, yearlong Leadership Coaching program at Georgetown University, and attained her coaching credential through the International Coach Federation (ICF). Her education and learning are never ending. In addition to attaining multiple certifications, one of the most interesting and which has contributed significantly to her approach in her coaching practice is the Certificate in the Foundations of Neuroleadership through the NeuroLeadership Institute.
